Brightwater Project Overview  

Brightwater Condos is a massive master-planned community located close to the waterfront in Port Credit. West Village Partners (which includes four builders namely Kilmer Group, Diamond Corp, Dream and FRAM + Slokker) purchased an expansive 72-acre of land in one of the prime locations in Port Credit to build this diverse condo community. The Port Credit GO train and bus station is simply minutes away from the condo community. Another nearby train station is the Long Branch train station, which connects directly to the Union Station. When travelling by private vehicle, Lakeshore Rd connects you directly to downtown Toronto. The presence of major streets and train stations nearby allows easy access to residents at all times.
